There are two versions of it. The regular version is a .rar file, which includes an extra .dll that you need to extract into your bin folder. This is the Advanced Monster Item Classes mod (AMIC), which I used to make the maps.

The other version is the "nofaff" version, which doesn't include any new enemies and you can just put the .gro in your game's folder.
